Refund Policy

This policy explains the general framework Mavvix Software uses to review refund requests for its services and projects.

Policy scope

This policy applies to services and packages offered by Mavvix Software. An approved proposal or signed scope of work remains the primary reference where project-specific payment or refund terms apply.

Delivered work and used services

Services that have been performed, delivered, or approved, including planning, design, development, content preparation, or technical setup, are not automatically refundable because they represent professional time and work delivered within the agreed scope.

Third-party fees

Domain, hosting, platform, payment gateway, advertising, tracking, or any other third-party fees are not refundable by Mavvix unless the approved proposal explicitly states otherwise.

Refund review requests

If Mavvix is unable to begin a service for an internal reason before any actual work starts, or an exceptional delivery issue arises, the client may contact us for a case-by-case review. Submitting a request does not mean that a refund is automatically approved.

Cancellation before renewal

For monthly services, cancellation or non-renewal should be confirmed before the next work cycle or invoice begins, according to the applicable agreement. Work in progress, approved materials, and reserved hours in the current cycle remain subject to the approved scope.
